Can someone give me advice on how to re-pot or take care of this succulent? It’s growing so fast!

I've never had an issue repotting my succulent name Lily.
I do use fresh succulent soil and a terracotta pot of some sort.
She's been transferred to larger containers at least four times in her 15 + years of existence.
