@TryOneleafonion how long ago was the potential overwater? Thereβs a few things you can do:
1- insert a tampon into the soil. Yes, I said tampon π it can pull moisture from the soil
2- put the whole pot onto a diaper or feminine hygiene pad to pull the water from the pot. (Or a puppy pad)
3- pull the plant from the pot and shake off the wet soil, and let it sit in a cardboard box over night and repot in dry soil come morning.

Hello, fellow #dragontree owner here. It seems like you need to give it a pot with drainage, since pots without drainage aint good.
@TryOneleafonion I don't have one of these, but those stems appear to be rotting to me. I would research heavily, but my gut tells me to cut below the rot/bends and put it in a bright/warm location and hope for the best (new growth). You might just have to pull back on watering since it wouldn't have any leaves supporting photosynthesis. Personally, I would cut one off, wait for new growth on that one, then cut the second one, wait for new growth, and finally cut the last one.
The other, maybe better option, is to chop all three at once and try to propagate.
