After the party, it’s the after party

Question

Cut off top of my single party time baby plant and have it in water.  It looks like it’s growing a little crew cut of roots right now.  Should I cut the top of that propagation and do another propagation or is that crazy?  I’m obsessed with these hot pink leaves, and I want moreeee. I would wait. She's already been stressed and might need some time to acclimate. I know mine is a diva and doesn't like a lot of change at once
