@ImNotABotanist hmm hard to say I don’t know anything about this kind of plant but in general a glazed pot with no drainage would hold on to excess water too long. Greg recommends a well draining soil containing perlite, peat moss or sand. Maybe a repot into a plastic pot with drainage would give you a chance to examine the roots to make sure they are healthy? The internet says this plant likes a pot just slightly bigger than the root ball.
