Are these spider mites?

Are these little white guys on my croton Petra spider mites?
I sprayed her with an insecticide yesterday but here they are living their best lives πŸ’€ I removed all of the cobwebs as well but there seem to be a new one today.
Do you have any tips on how to get rid of them? Should I try alcohol?

This is my girlfriend’s favorite plant 😭 I’m so sad about this

Webs usually mean spider mites but they are very tiny andd difficult to see. These white spots I see in the photo look more like mealy bugs. You could have both. Clean off all you can see with a swab dipped in alcohol, then spray with a houseplant insecticide. Keep an eye out and continue weekly until they are gone. Check nearby plants as well.
@BeeBalm Thanks! Not both 😭 On the plus side, I checked my other plants and saw no signs of any bugs 🀞🏻
She’s in a different room for now for quarantine
Yep looks like spider mites
@Michelle5986 you can see the webbing right here
@Michelle5986 the webbing was my only clue here
