Hi! These guys are super sensitive and love humidity. If it’s crispy then it’s too dry. But you need to see if it’s more of “I need to be watered more often” versus “I need to be in a more humid environment.” 🌱❤️☀️

A humididier or some kind of semi-enclosed terrarium or tent would work best imo. A common thing is to set the pot in a tray of pebbles, and keep the tray filled with water. As the water evaporates, it increases humidity. It's also good to make sure it's not near a heating vent or in the path of a draft
