Money plant spotting

My Pilea puts out babies all the time and I admittedly neglect the army of mini money plants in my windowsill from time to time. I checked one plant that appears healthy with the exception of these two leaves. What’s it telling me? #Pilea #help

It’s definitely from underwatering them. Even too much sunlight could be a problem, hope this helps ☺️
