Marble queen need a decent amount of bright light to maintain the variegation.

@ZealPrincetut I can’t tell from here. The soil looks dry in the picture. Maybe more sun as @JungleNes mentioned, more sun for the variegation to pop, and to help dry your soil a bit quicker.
My Marble Pothos was all a deep green. It was a cutting someone gave me and hers was entirely green. I moved her the spring and she loves the new sunlight. West window indirect sun.

Yea I think you may need more light. If you don’t have the ideal sunlight it’s ok. Supplement it with a few hours of grow light. I have healthy colorful plants using just grow lights and at work I have fluorescent plus grow light. They don’t know the difference…
