Newbie here! Can anyone help with why this plant’s leave...

#GoldenPothos
0ft to light, direct
16” pot without drainage
Last watered 2 years ago
Maybe too much direct light, the only other thing I can think of it might be a neon pothos
Thank you Sara and Sarah. It was dark green when it was gifted to me at Christmas. I repotted and placed near a western exposure window with shade until 4 pm. I am in Florida so I wanted to protect it from the blazing sun. All of our windows have a film on them that filters sun. Is it possible it isn’t getting enough light?οΏΌοΏΌοΏΌοΏΌ
It's gorgeous! It looks to me to be doing just fine! I'd leaf it alone! πŸ˜‚πŸ‘Œ
The plant is a neon pothos not a golden pothos
Doesnt look like golden pothos. I saw alot of neon pothos that have mixed of darker n lighter green. Yours, it looks pretty healthy to me.
There are several different reasons a pothos might change colors in this way and not all of them are good. This website might be helpful: https://ecofamilylife.com/garden/pothos-leaves-turning-light-green/
