They look to be aphids. Depending on personal preferences, you can treat a couple different ways. I have included links to 2 different sites that give instructions on how to deal with these and other types of common issues. Separate it from your other plants, as much as that is possible, to try to keep it contained while you get rid of them. Ladybugs are excellent aphid hunters! You can get some to release in your garden. Good luck!!
They look like fungus gnats to me. You can order little sticky traps for them and they might help.
Yep. They look like black aphids. Interestingly the adult black aphids are wingless.

Fun Fact: They develop wings if the colony gets too big. This help their ability to spread.

I recommend neem oil. Once a week for 3 weeks.
