Hey @SaintlyGabisan welcome.
If you're talking about the browning on the leaves, I think it looks like burning probably from too much sun? Maybe try moving it slightly further away from the window?
I also know they are very fussy so maybe a bit of too much/little water its a fine line with these ones.
I think some other people have had good results when changing the soil if its been in that pot for quite a while.
