Do these look like curling leaves?

If so, do I need to take it out of the water?

That may be to big a pot to root it in if that’s what your doing ? And a curling leaf while rooting isn’t uncommon.

But if it’s a growing plant? Then it shouldn’t be sitting in water ever

@TheConservator it has roots, I have the pot it's in in a small shallow dish of water since it's in pon which I was told is what to do with pon😅
