Advice?

These two #Mammillaria belong to my mother but I’m taking care of them since she is a plant death magnet (her words, not mine). I’ve never owned cacti before. I know they like sunlight and to keep the watering to a minimum. That’s about it lol. I’d love to hear from others who are more experienced with these types of plants πŸ™ƒ

Hi!!! I’m from Arizona & a cactus enthusiast! Cacti hold water within them, so they don’t need to be watered very often- They kind of water themselves. Maybe water about every 2 weeks but these cacti are small so probably once a week :) They don’t really like plastic pots, something very porous is best. They do good in terracotta. Substrate/soil should be very dry/loose with good drainage. πŸŒ΅πŸŒ΅πŸ’š
