Dying?

One of the leaves I prepared and planted has been looking well, but this morning I woke up and it looks like this now. :’( what did I do wrong?

Over watering is easier to do when the root system is delicate or smaller than the size of the pot. Maybe space out watering or less soil in a smaller pot.
