Does anyone know if the drip tray is necessary and do you keep it moist?
Pink Azalea Bonsai
1ft to light, indirect
7” pot with drainage
Last watered 2 weeks ago
I love drip trays under bonsai. Not only does it protect and give it a base for its pot, but it also gives it humidity to optimize the bonsai’s growth.
I keep mine with water until it’s no longer moist. The pebbles in the tray allow the water to evenly distribute the moisture :)
ok nice..do you also water regularly from the top?
