Brown Spots on Hypoestes
Everytime I get hypoestes plants I noticed that they develop brown spots and start to yellow or wither. Definitely not overwatering and stopped misting them. Pot with drainage holes and in potting soil amended w perlite and peat. No pests. These are my 4th batch I think.. I don't want them to meet the same fate as previous ones.. help pls.
20ft to light, indirect
5” pot with drainage

Maybe rust fungus? I would remove the leaves effected to be safe cuz it spreads if that's the case.
I noticed they don't like direct sun. It makes the wither. So mine is three ft from my North East window and has indirect. Light
And check for bugs and get the insecticidal soap bugs love them
