Hello @SirStretchberry, there is absolutely nothing wrong with your plant, only that it's not as small as when you got it.
If you look at your photos of before and after the lower leaflets were the size of your pot, now they are larger and gravity does what it likes best, no one gets away from gravity. In a year to two from your purchase date would be a good idea to repot either into the same container if you don't want for the plant to get bigger or next in size pot. Healthy and good looking Echeveria

@SirStretchberry - Hello ππΌ Mintyy π
Does your Echeveria have drainage holes?! When I checked your oasis it said no drainage and that can cause a LOT of problems! The roots NEED ventilation and oxygen or you will get root rot! You donβt want that mess!!!
One more question?! Your oasis says indirect light! Is that correct?!
Echeverias/succulents need bright direct light! That will help the drooping leaves and it will bring out the colors in it as well!
If your leaves arenβt wrinkly or mushy, thatβs a GREAT sign! That means it has the correct amount of water! Their leaves will start to get wrinkly when they need water and thatβs when I water mine! Not before, not when Greg suggests!!
I hope this info can help you out a little better π

@SirStretchberry have you ever top watered or poured water through the soil (under the leaves on top?) If you have, does the water run through immediately? If so could be that the nursery soil is out of nutrients so your plant isnβt getting what it needs and itβs time to repot. For me, as a rule, I wonβt leave any new plant I buy in the nursery pot or soil for more than a few weeks. Most succulents come in tiny pots so they donβt have room to grow. Echeverias like porous pots with drainage so terracotta, clay or even ceramic would be better than a plastic pot. Whatever type it is, it should have adequate drainage for the water to run through the roots. How much light is your plant getting? I have lots of plants and not enough sunlight or windows so I substitute sun with grow lights. I also have a few growing in a controlled greenhouse. I would try giving him a bit more room to grow in new soil and pot and expose him to more sun or get a grow light and see how he develops from there.
@JenniferNoel Hi hi, I dont update all things about my plants (maybe now is the time to do it) as I hve 30+ plants :(
It has plenty drainage holes. But yes it is a bit away from the window. I can try putting it closer to the brightest window in my home. I donβt use Greg reminders for watering and I cant keep up so yes I bottom water occasionally when the soil gets fully dry. Love your plant!

@Floristsdaisy Thank you! Thatβs actually good observation I didnt even realise this boy grew new leaves. Iβm only concerend about aesthetics now as the plant looks beautiful with leaves up and now it looks droopy - but Iβll take your word for it about the health! This is not a health issue at all gotcha :)
@Shells_Garden Very interesting point - the water does run out! Pretty quickly too thatβs why I bottom water. I can totally add some nutrients - or repot with new soil - to see if it perks up + put near the brightest window (it is a bit farther rn) Your succulents are all sooooooooo nice! thanks for sharing!
