Soil allocation
Hell, I ended up having some more money in the budget for more lithops (got refunded on a bad order) but I don’t want to buy more soil and have roughly half a gallon left, how can I check to see how many pots I can fill, could I fill pots to check and then pour the soil back into its sealable bag till more lithops come?

I don't see why not! As long as your pots are clean you shouldn't have to worry about any soil contamination
