Your soil looks kind of dense. Do you let it dry out completely before watering? Seeing as aglaonemas don’t need a ton of light or humidity to survive I would guess it’s a watering issue.
following. i'm having the same issue with my silver bay. it's down to 2 leaves but a new one is on the way!
Well no I don’t usually let it dry out so I’ll try watering it a less! Thanks for the feedback!
Maybe try adding some perlite or coir to help air out the soil a bit. The soil doesn’t look like it has a lot of drainage
