Hi my Peace Lily leaves are turning. Help.

#PeaceLily
5ft to light, indirect
4โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 3 weeks ago
Those decorative plastic covers tend to collect water. Take it out of that and put it in a tray to let it drain properly after getting watered. (Old Chinese take-out containers work well, too.) It might need a little more light as well. Don't put it in direct sun, but if you can, move it a couple feet closer to its window. I keep mine pretty close to a north facing window that has a bush in front of it. It has liked it so far.

It also looks like there is something else growing with the peace lily. I can't really tell from the pics, but it looks grass-like. I would snip all that out as well as any yellowed leaves so all the nutrients can go to the main plant.
@ForestDweller thanks a ton. Will try all of the above.
Watering every 3 days seems pretty often. What does the soil feel like before you water? They like their soil to stay consistently and evenly moist, but soil that stays too soggy for too long can lead to root rot. I'd pull it out and check the roots โ€” if you see roots that are mushy, a darker color, and/or have a foul odor, then you're dealing with root rot. In that case, you'll want to remove any affected roots and then repot it in fresh soil. Greg's watering reminders are more suggestions than anything, they can't take into account numerous variables unique to your plant. Always check the soil before watering. If it's still too wet, hit the "snooze" button and the app will remind you again in a few days. In does learn over time, so the more you use Greg the more accurate its recommendations will be ๐Ÿ˜‰
@stephonicle thanks a ton.
