Could be overwatering, poor drainage, or inconsistent watering routines. Check if the soil is staying too wet for long periods, as this could lead to root rot. Ensure that the pot has proper drainage holes, and water only when the top inch or so of soil feels dry to the touch.
Another possible cause could be exposure to too much direct sunlight. Dracaenas prefer bright, indirect light, so if itβs in direct sun, consider moving it to a location where the light is less harsh. Additionally, nutrient deficiency could be a factor. If you havenβt fertilized the plant recently, consider using a balanced houseplant fertilizer during the growing season.
Examine the environment for drafts or extreme temperature changes, as these plants are sensitive to colder temperatures. If none of these factors seem to be the issue, removing the affected leaf and monitoring the plantβs new growth could help assess its overall health.

@Gustavo Thank you very much. I am pretty sure now that it is a problem with overwatering. I can see in the app as well that I need to water it every two weeks.
Do I need to change soil because it is too wet or just leave like this till the next watering?
