I have no idea help me

My pearl echeveria has a few "leaves" that look like they're dying or something what should I do I last watered it ten days ago and just got the plant 3 ish weeks ago

@BullishSalad35 Hi Bernice, What a sweet little Pearl you have! ๐Ÿฅฐ Are you talking about the leaves on the right side of the picture? The leaves that are becoming kind of translucent? That's due to over watering. Make sure you are letting the soil dry out completely before watering it. The leaves store water so they take care of the plant in nature until it decides to rain again. They need roughly around 4-6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Your plant tag says that it's in a North facing window? Northern directions for plants don't get any direct sunlight since the sun rises in the east and sets in the west and follows a southernly direction. The plant would do better in either a South or a West facing window where it can get the best sunlight. Either that or put it under a grow light. ๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ’š
