First time monstera owner

As a first time monstera owner I’m not to educated on their care. I repotted him and I feel like he’s leaning too far to the side. I bought a new pot and nursery pots to re-repot him and also I bought a moss poles to help straighten him out hopefully. Any tips and tricks would be appreciated 😊

He is stretching for light, your monstera will be less leggy if it is getting a bit more light β€” move it closer to the light source and try to position it where it will get light from multiple sides (if they think they only have one distant light source, they try to crawl their way toward it to grow in a more optimal location). I personally avoid moss poles (don’t want the expense/maintenance, I rein mine in with interlocking semicircle metal trellis things I got on amazon for like $12)… as long as it feels it is resting up against _something_ and has a reasonable amount of overhead light it will grow straighter instead of splaying out all over the place looking for something to climb.

That said, your leaves are really limp. Unless it is dramatically overreacting to having been repotted or your roots are being smothered / overwatered, it is looking a bit thirsty like it does not have enough water (turgor) pressure to hold its leaves erect. If you have a moisture meter (the cheap green ones are fine and you can find them for under $10), use that to check if your plant is dry more frequently; if the soil is fully dry for about a day, give it a water. Keep your moisture meter in a dry place and wipe it off after each use to ensure it continues to read accurately.
