Help save my baby rubber plant!

Hello! I got this baby rubber plant about two years ago. Iโ€™m horrible with plants so I barely managed to keep her alive, but I accidentally kinda ignored her for the last four months or so. She had fallen out of the pot and was sitting outside in the sun. Iโ€™ve put her back in the pot with some new soil and watered her but she definitely needs more help. Should I trim off the leaves? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

As I can see, this is most likely from the direct sun it had to endure before being noticed again, but also may be an act of pests or so.

Trim the damaged leaves. Spray the remaining leaves with neem oil to discourage pests that may be lurking.
@Catplantaddict thank you! Is there a particular way to trim the leaves? And is it okay if I trim them all if they all have brown?
