Most likely not, flowers are just reproductive organs of plants they are not meant to last very long, their only purpose is to hopefully be pollinated and produced seeds in which afterwards they wither with or without pollination. There is sadly nothing you can do to make them last longer.

Well cacti don’t usually flower unless they’re really happy so whatever you’re doing keep it up and your cactus will produce more flowers
