The first thing that jumps out is that the sphagnum moss is WAY too wet. It should be kept damp, but not super soggy. Bottom watering is recommended, where you sit the pot in a dish or saucer and fill that with water. Your plant card says the pot it's in doesn't have any drainage holes, is that correct?
I did realize after I over watered so I poured some out. I've also been reading up on different pots to put her in so I can bottom water instead. Current pot does not have any drainage holes.
@PartyJunkie you'll definitely want to put her in a container with drainage holes, they'll help the moss sufficiently dry out between waterings. It might also help to mix a bit of perlite in with the sphagnum, it'll create air pockets and allow more oxygen to reach the roots. Just make sure to use perlite that doesn't have any fertilizer added to it.

If you don't already have a pot with drainage holes on hand, you can always create holes in the bottom of that pot using a drill, or even scissors if the plastic is thin enough. You don't need a special pot & saucer set up to bottom water, just a container w/ drainage holes & a small bowl/dish to set the container in. Make sure the dish comes up at least an inch or so on the sides so you can add the water. I took photos to show you an example, the dish is an old plastic food storage container but literally anything will work ๐Ÿ˜›
@stephonicle Alright, I'll do just that. Thanks so much, I'll keep you updated ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿฅน
