Succulent ID

I have this plant that I thought was a #hensandchicks, and the app identifies as a hens and chicks, but it looks kinda like an Echeveria 'Dark Moon' to me. It's not from a store, so it has no label. It's from my grandma's garden, and in the summer, they grew with tall flowers, but it's now late fall. Some sand is on the leaves in the pic, and I see a little offshoot thing that Echeveria can possess.

What is this? #succulentid #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #planttherapy #plantcorner #plantlove #iloveplants #newgrowth #planttlc #greggang #adhdplantlovers #whatismyplant #identify

That offshoot also looks more like a sempervivium than typical echeverias imo.

First photo is a hens and chicks, second photo is an Echeveria to compare their offshoots/flowers. If you remember what the flowers look like, that’s the biggest identification for most plants!! 🌱
I’m not sure the specific type, but this looks like a type of hens and chicks (sempervivium) to me, based on the way the leaves are shaped and have teeth along the edges (they can be kinda fuzzy too). Echeverias tend to be a soft or smooth/waxyleaf with non easily visible teeth along the edges (if they have them).
Yep i agree with @itsjordan its definitely a Semp, again many varieties with the family. You know for certain when it starts growning new heads they do that very differently to Echeverias.
@itsjordan the first pic flowers look almost exactly like it!
