What’s wrong with my Florida beauty?

Does anyone know what may be causing this? This is the only leaf affected, all my other leaves are still flawless, plant has new growth that is also flawless, no pests, bottom watered when soil is mostly or completely dry. Her edges keep browing, could it be a bacterial or fungal and should I trim the affected edges? #Philodendron

The life span of a white leaf is short. They are BEAUTIFUL and stunning ... then they brown and they are done for.

The white part of the plant needs lots of light, but direct light will make them brown faster. Does it get direct sunlight or has it been around for a little while?

I wish they lasted longer than they did, but white leaves don't have the chlorophyll to help regulate themselves.
Here is one of my white leaves that has started to brown. Eventually, I'll remove the leaf. (:
Hi! I’m no expert with this plant but maybe it’s the humidity level or it might also be under/over watered,
It seems like it just doesn’t have enough green for photosynthesis. It will brown and eventually die. White leaves are just not long lived.
Your getting great advice from some of Greg’s best:
▫️ @sarahsalith
@Ninabeena are both right.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to stop the older white variegated leaves from turning brown. ☹️ Because the white area on the leaves lack chlorophyll, its more delicate than green section on the leaves.
☀️ But, direct sunlight will cause the white variegated leaves to start browning early.
▫️Also @AlliesOasis801 was right. Low humidity will cause the leaves to brown prematurely also.
🙏 Your plant is still a showstopper 🤩. I hope this beauty will live long and prosper.
