Soil has good drainage and is very dry. I noticed a mushy leaf #Echeveria

Typically mushy leaves are caused by stress like overwatering wich can lead to root rot, I would need to know how often you water him and if you let the soil completely dry out in between waterings. Best thing it’s to just remove the mushy leaves to stop the spread of it is anything serious, check for root rot maybe and just monitor him. I have an Echeveria too and he sorta has a similar problem too
