She looks like a trailing jade plant. They have the green stems. A normal jade has brown stems.
She looks like she has dropped leaves from being overwater from no drainage. Or she is etoliated and stretched to reach for more light.
I would definitely move her to a pot with drainage preferably terracotta, they help pull moisture away from the roots which will make her happy. And more light if possible. 🩷
