What should I do with these air roots on my string of but...

My sting of buttons has been doing very well, so I'm wondering if this is a chop and prop type situation or if I should try to repot it and twist the stalk back inwards so that it can get to the soil it wants so badly? #SucculentSquad #StringOfButtons

Why do anything? I'd just let it grow how it wants, especially since a lot of the "string of" varieties are prone to shedding leaves if touched too much.
You can chop and prop rooting it into a bare/thin spot in your pot, chop and prop a whole new pot or just leave it. With plants it’s pretty much whatever floats your boat. I’m currently propping a string of raindrops and attempting a string of dolphins just for the practice. My pick up any dropped section from my thanksgiving cacti and put them back into the pot in thin spots to even it out better. Any extras after that I either sell off or give away as gifts to friends and loved ones. I’ve been known to trade them for cuttings/plants from others.
Let it grow or choppity chop. Aerial roots ate totally fine. I'd choppity chop chop lol but I like violence πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ jk
