Is my wandering Jew a goner?

I neglected many of my plants watering them far less than I normally do because I got overwhelmed with work for a few months going into the end of the year.

My wandering Jew seems like it may be completely dead but I can see signs of life in a couple spots at the end of the vines.

Any idea on whether I should have any hole and if so what I should do barons the basics to revive this plant?? #WanderingJew

I would say mostly dead BUT I would try snipping off a few little stalks that have the green on them. Keep a couple of nodes on. You could stick a node end into water and see if they grow roots again. These guys are generally prolific growers :)
Well… it seems very dead to me, but I guess I could be wrong. It’s not looking good though. The green parts you see still seem to be dried out and dead.

I’m sorry you were overwhelmed and that it caused you to neglect your plants. I definitely feel your pain. I hope this is the only one that is this far gone.
You coukd try just cutting it back to the soil and it very well may grow again. No guarentees but its a 50/50 chance
I like both of those answers. I’ll give both a shot putting the remaining alive parts in water and snipping everything else back to see what happens.
Here goes by best shot, if y’all have any other tips, I’ve never tried to restart a plant in water before. I’ll do my own research but always love the community opinion
Wish me luck
Update: we’re seeing signs of a revival!
