Propogation: Am I Ready?

Ive had this plant for a few months, and it's been thriving. Everything is going great (except for that one leaf in the 3rd photo). My question is: do any of those leaves seem ready to propogate? And if so, how should I go about it so I don't mess it up? What precautions should I take?

@GardensOPlenty Technically it's already propagating naturally from what I can see in the first picture!
I think you can totally propagate a leaf at this point! I’d pick a medium sized one from the middle. Most succulent leaves will pull off cleanly when you wiggle them back and forth gently. That clean break should be the perfect starter surface for new roots. But don’t be surprised at how long it takes. I took a leaf from my hobbit jade over a month ago and it barely has roots. Look at those lil hairs go! πŸ₯Ή Set it on soil somewhere with decent light and do your best to forget about it!

Also, I would remove that shriveled leaf at this point, personally. Happy propping!
That yellow one in the 3rd shouls be taken off. A couple of those bigger ones at the bottom are ready. When you take a leaf leave it a couple of days to dry up where it was attached this stopa infections.
Yes you can propagate any of the leaves. Just make sure the leaf does not look weak/wrinkled and translucent at the bottom(where it connected to the stem).
