Mealybugs....
I am now experiencing a mealybug infestation for the first time. Four of my succulents are affected. I put them in a little growlight setup in my bedroom away from the rest of the plants. I read that using rubbing alcohol diluted in water is used to treat the infestation. I've been taking a q-tip dipped in the solution and removing any mealybugs I see. I'll be doing this daily, but I don't know how long to do this for or if there is also something else I should be doing for these plants. Any and all advice welcomed. Thank you in advance. bugs">#mealybugs #succulents #notsohappyplants

You dip the q tip in UNDILUTED 70% isopropyl alcohol, and dab the bugs. They die on contact. Then make mixture 1 part of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 1 part of water. Rub this solution on every side of the leaves and stems. This will kill the eggs. Repeat wiping the leaves and the whole plant every 7 days, until you see bugs no more.
@SvelteKingfern Thank you! I will do that, then.
