Should I trim it?
Should I cut the leaves on the left side that are not doing so well? The right side are recent leaves that are just perfect.

Yes! Looks to be the onset of a bacterial or fungal infection. I would cut those, carefully dispose without touching the healthier leaves and keep an eye on it. If it continues, isolate and treat with a fungicide such as neem oil or Captain Jacks
