I would propagate what you have there and move it a little closer to a window. propagating will give you more plants for your pot and encourage branching on what remains. Good luck with your endeavor. Mine tolerates 3 hours of direct sun from the eastand the other is 1ft from a south east window.

Yes on what @PlantJedi said and maybe some succulents soil . Easy enough to make yourself.
If this is the same pot I have from dollar tree, it has punchable drainage holes in the bottom ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ you can also usually cut or drill your own when dealing with plastic!
