Needs identified

Can anyone tell me what this plant is named? I got it a few days ago and haven’t had any luck with research.. #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #whatisthis

Commenting since curious to know what those white thingies are on the aloe. It looks like a regular aloe to me, but I’ve never seen an aloe like that.

@PoshJuniper it resembles a Leuchtenbergia, also known as an Agave Cactus. What I am posting is with a bloom.
