Yes time to repot. Also, lol the top off and pluck some of the petals off to propagate! You will get even more babies

I would recommend you to dig it out of this pot and then check the roots. If the roots already covered every empty space in the pot - then it’s time to get a bigger pot for the Dark Elf. Love your plant! 🤩

@vvvelo this is one of those "self watering" pots. I got it so it would have that drainage, while in a pot I liked. I don't see any roots perking out really....
