Fresh soil for this guy or nah?
I dont think an up-pot is necessary yet and its growing happily. But the nursery soil is shrunken/compacted and so-so in quality. @RJG you have musa , what do you think?

I like to give new soil to my plants when i re pot…and i re pot when the plant has grown 2x it’s size…And i normally put my plants in a pot 2x bigger than it needs for it’s first re pot.

@Ronimac5 what you can do is break of that soil a little bit and mix it with newer soil

@Ronimac5 I do this too, I usually go up 2” so it has room to grow without being too much.

I'm a bad ask cause mine is in the ground outside 😅. No repots and it gets the soil that there 😂
