Plants take all sorts of shapes and forms. They usually respond to their environment. Could be as simple as it’s curving towards more light or that’s just how it’s naturally growing. You can repot every growing season and make sure to orient it to your choosing!

Mine grows in all directions... I just keep in it a pot where it can do its thing.
