Hey Greg fam! What is this on my green onion plant?? It’s sort of a white wildewey looking substance. Is it possibly a pest or fungi? What should I do about this? I’ve treated it with neem oil for now but I’m worried if this is still safe to consume later. Should I just repot? Thanks for any help! 😊 fungusgnats">#fungusgnats #helpneeded #PestControl

It looks like a light mildew or mold. May need a different type of fungicide. But I would think the green onion would still be good to eat since the soil appears to be the only thing the mold has affected. But never hurts to err on the side of caution.
I would change the soil out if possible. I have found light mold like this will continue to come back even if treated. Maybe watch how wet you let the soil get and maybe move to a drier area. This happens when there is excess moisture in the air. Hope this helps!🌿🌿πŸͺ΄
