HELP!!

Greetings Plantpeeps!

I need help with my new pilea!๐Ÿ˜ญ
She arrived on the 31st, and I had her sitting apart from my other plants.

I've been keeping the watering schedule thru Greg. I really want to repot her. However, I'm really nervous, with so many leaves dropping. Not sure what she needs.

Please help!๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Cold temp shock would cause the plant to get brown black mushy leaves. So she's not dying.

With that being said they can experience shock quite easily and overwatering and the shipping caused a double whammy.

The droopiess from shock can last a few weeks. Try to resist the urge to do anything to help her. I know it sounds contrary to what you would think. But anything done will just extend the shock and add more stress and cause more shock. Each time she gets shocked it will add time to her healing processs.

The hardest part is waiting. if she is completely dry you can water.

Try not to follow a schedule though and always check by sticking your finger as far as you can into the soil. If it feel cool or damp wait to water.

The leaves will continue to drop until she loses all of her damaged leaves. Just use a lot of caution when watering.
Yeah i know the urge but try to let her get used to her new home at least!! Then id wait a bit more to repot!!! looks gorgeous
Chonese Money plant?
@BuffCaperspurge yes it's a Chinese money plant.

Actually, she's my second one. The first one I received was damaged in shipment. So I separated and repotted them.

I don't want to do that with this one. I really want to get her growing and thriving.

Maybe I'm just too eager and just need a little more patience.
@BuffCaperspurge Love tHem. B/w that and my money plants, they better start csrrying their weight!! Lol
They are semi succulents meaning they hold water in their leaves. So when the absorb too much it damages the cells within the leaf causing them to burst followed by leaf drop. ONLY water when absolutely dry and smaller pots help since they hate sitting in wet soil.
@SuperbRaspfern is it normal for the leaves to still yellow and fall off after being shipped/delivered?

It's been about 2 wks now, and she's starting to drop even more leaves. I could just be panicy. I'm just concerned, I really don't want to lose her completely.

The last time I checked, the soil was fairly dry. Dry enough that she slips right out of the pot.

My Greg reminders say to water her today.
