I water my Aglaonema about once every 10 days or so and actually just started giving it larger amounts of water. It’s huge and lived/flourished on 16 oz of water every 10 days. Maybe take it out of direct sunlight. Mine is in very indirect sunlight.

@ImmortalLilac instead of watering on a schedule, water only when the soil feels completely dry. These plants are very susceptible to root rot.
