Dieffenbachia’s don’t like temps under 60 degrees so it could be that that combination of cold and no light is causing the droop. Before watering, I would try sticking her in the bathroom with a warm shower on for about 5-10 mins. Don’t actually put her under the water but run the shower and place the plant on the sink or a cabinet with the door closed. Good luck
