Sick Dracaena?
Was just given this plant because someone thought I would know how to revive it... I have no idea what I'm doing 😅 The pot has drainage but the soil seems to stay wet on the inside. I noticed the soil is packed very compact in its current pot
Is it being over watered?

It actually seems under watered. Those leaves are very dry.
