Hi! Looks to me that from her shriveled leaves, dry soil and pot size, it’s most likely under watering! If she was over watered, you would’ve seen her leaves and stems start to droop and turn yellow/brown. Hope this helped! ♥️😁 thank you for using Greg
She def looks dryed out more then overwatered to me!! I found my Arabian Jasmine plants grow pretty fast, so if it's been in that pot for a while, & has had a growth spurt, you may want to try a bigger pot too. Hope she perks back up!!!
