Brown leaves encroachment
For the past few months I have been having a problem of this happening to my plant. I have tried changing out the soil and looking for any root rot(there was none). I've also considered the possibly of overwatering and waited a bit to water again. Now I am testing if I have been watering too little. I need advice here

@5ul0zu3ol Hi Ozu! Ponies sometimes drop leaves as part of their natural process. Also, ponies donβt like a lot of water! I water mine about every three weeks and I donβt soak the soil when I do. They are a succulent so a lot of water isnβt required! They need a lot of light as well! As much as you can give them without it being direct sunlight if they live inside the house but they can even handle that once they are used to it! I would clip off those mostly brown leaves as close to the trunk as u can get and also I give mine a haircut but trimming the very ends of their leaves about once every month or two, it keeps them healthy but only clip the very ends unless you want to even them out. The leaves in several of mine are 3-4 feet long now! Wait until they are totally dry for several days before you water them! You got this! Good Luck!πͺ΄βΊοΈ
@Ponytailmom the problem is that has been my MO the whole time. Water every 2< weeks and trim off the brown parts as I see them
Have you tried only watering with purified or distilled water? Tap water has calcium and limescale building up in the lines water runs through over time and plants will turn brown on their leaves if they don't like the extra nutrients they're getting when they're watered because of unbalancing their soil pH.
