My plant has these brown circle spots on it. Need help......

for starters, i would definitely put it in a pot with drainage holes! that way it doesn’t get root rot (if that’s not already the case). secondly, it could be bacterial/fungal or could be root rot! have you checked/treated the plant for pests?

That is a classic example of leaf fungus. The yellow halo around the brown is a dead giveaway. I'm not sure if it would be from bacteria or not. Hard to tell. You definately need to isolate your plant and treat it with an antifungal spray. Normally I remove the effected leaves and treat the plants that were closest to it.
