I think it’s just ready for a good drench!

Usually jade get squishy or “wrinkled” appearing when they’re ready for water! Some ppl only water theirs when theirs get wrinkled like this. I think you’re totally good 🫶🏻

How long has it been since you’ve watered it? Mine gets squishy leaves when it’s time to water.

I water him every two weeks the soil does go rock hard in that terracotta pot
