Cactus has some weird patches of discoloration.
Does anyone have suggestions? Pest or something else? Help!

I would try to check out kinds of fungus or mold to see if that’s one of them, and then how to treat it.

I would look into scale treatment. Scale on these cacti tend to be gray ones very much like this at first.
